By submitting the Content, you grant Tom Odell Ltd., its affiliates, licensees, and partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to: 

• Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, broadcast, display, and distribute the Content;

• Incorporate the Content into live shows, broadcasts, social media posts, online videos, websites, advertisements, and other promotional materials;

• This licence allows us to use your Content in all media formats now known or later developed.

 

Submission of Content is voluntary. You acknowledge that you will not receive any payment, credit, or compensation for the use of your Content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

We reserve the right to edit, crop, alter, or otherwise modify the Content at our discretion, and to decide whether or not to use it at all.

 

You warrant that the content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You will indemnify and hold harmless Tom Odell Ltd. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission or our use of the Content.

 

Any personal data submitted with your Content (e.g. name, email, social media handle) will be processed in accordance with our private policy.

 

You may request removal of your Content from future use by contacting [insert email]. We will make reasonable efforts to stop future use where possible, but previously published or broadcast materials may not be withdrawn.

 

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law, and you agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
